SmartCoupon — Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SmartCoupon, the Android app com.axionx.smartcoupon and the pages at smartcoupon.store. SmartCoupon is published and operated by AxionX Digital (“we”, “us”). By installing or using SmartCoupon you agree to these terms.

The service

SmartCoupon lets a shop create discount offers, share them from its own WhatsApp, issue each customer a single-use code, and check those codes at the counter. Customers claim codes on a web page and do not need the app.

Your account and your shop

• You must give accurate details when you sign in and set up your shop, and keep your sign-in secure.
• You are responsible for everything done under your shop, including by staff you add.
• You are responsible for the offers you create and for honouring the codes your shop issues, on the terms you set. The contract for any discount is between your shop and your customer; we are not a party to it.
• You must have the right to use any shop name, logo and contact number you put on your cards.

Subscriptions and billing

SmartCoupon is free for up to 10 redemptions a month. Pro removes the cap and costs ₹35 a month or ₹330 a year (INR, including applicable taxes; other countries see local prices in Google Play).

Pro is sold as a digital subscription and is billed through Google Play. Payment is handled entirely by Google; we never see your card or UPI details.

Auto-renewal and cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from Google Play > Payments & subscriptions. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

• No spam. Send offers only to people who expect to hear from your shop.
• Follow WhatsApp’s Terms of Service and Business Policy when you share offers.
• No false, misleading or unlawful offers, and nothing that infringes someone else’s rights.
• No attempts to get around plan limits, abuse the referral system, or interfere with the service.

We may suspend or close a shop that breaks these rules.

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

SmartCoupon is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, AxionX Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for SmartCoupon in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted here with a new date at the top. Continuing to use SmartCoupon after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
